This document allows our production group to film on a location that is not accesible to the public. Because we will have to be filming at the location, which is a house, for more than a day due to the refilming of scenes, we had to ask the owner of the location to sign the form which says we are allowed to use the house for a specific amount of time (5 weeks) and the location of that house.
